New Renderings Reveal Exterior Design for 1351 Dekalb Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn

Permits for a new residential property at 1351 Dekalb Avenue first appeared in 2016 from New York-based developer Joel Brach. Today, J Frankl Associates has made public new renderings of the rising development.

Located in central Bushwick, the new building will be clad in a grey masonry façade, with residential balconies and window mullions comprised of black metal elements. At the fifth and final floor, illustrations appear to depict a large, shared terrace between two units.

As previously reported, the 27-unit development will comprise 17,816 square feet of residential space. At 659 square feet apiece, rental properties are most likely. Residents will have access to laundry facilities and bike storage at the cellar level, in addition to a 14-vehicle parking lot.

The developer has not confirmed an anticipated date of completion for the project.
