The Hudson Companies Reveals New Renderings of 350 Clarkson Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens

Rendering illustrates 350 Clarkson Avenue, one residential property that emerged in Hudson's first partnership with NYC pension funds

In a recent reveal, The Hudson Companies released updated renderings of a new, mixed-use residential project on the rise at 350 Clarkson Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, the building’s 227,000 square feet will comprise 250 market-rate rentals, office space, ground floor retail, and a potential community facility.

Apartments will be positioned on the property’s second through eighth floors, with a full-suite of residential amenities. These include a roof terrace with outdoor grilling areas, a tenant lounge on the top floor, and a children’s playroom with a third, dedicated outdoor terrace. Inside the building, residents will have access to a fitness center and a yoga room, a screening room, a designated “quiet lounge,” and a game room.

Ground floor retail area will comprise about 6,000 square feet.

As reported in 2015, Hudson originally purchased four parcels at 350 Clarkson Avenue for $13.1 million. Since then, The Hudson Companies has obtained large injections of cash from Wells Fargo Bank to facilitate the construction of 350 Clarkson Avenue and other ongoing developments in Brooklyn.

  1. PLEASE PARDON ME FOR USING YOUR SPACE: NOT GARBLE ON COLORS, I LIKE IT ALTHOUGH IT’S NOT SUPERTALL.

  2. Btw The rendering you see here is for 310 Clarkson Avenue which is phase 1 of this massive 400 unit project. Phase 2 is 350 Clarkson Avenue scheduled to be completed spring/winter 2019. Phase 1 was completed winter 2018.

  3. BTW the rending is not of 310 which is located on the corner. This rendering is from 2015, where are the “new renderings?”
