Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1252 39th Street, in Borough Park, Brooklyn. The site is eight blocks away from the Church Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the F train, and end of the line for G trains. Ten blocks in the opposite direction is the Fort Hamilton Parkway Subway Station, serviced by the D train. Brooklyn-based SNAP Developers LLC is behind the project.
The 55-foot tall structure will yield 13,193 square feet of space, with 10,720 square feet dedicated to residential use. Eight apartments will be created, averaging 1,340 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums.
Two units will occupy each floor, with the highest two units extending into a penthouse floor, qualifying them as duplexes.
Kenneth Thomas PC will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
