The site is eight blocks away from the Church Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the F train, and end of the line for G trains. Ten blocks in the opposite direction is the Fort Hamilton Parkway Subway Station, serviced by the D train. Brooklyn-based SNAP Developers LLC is behind the project.
