Casa Komos Brand Group Signs Ten-Year Lease At 853 Broadway In Union Square, Manhattan

National real estate investment firm The Feil Organization has announced that tequila manufacturer Casa Komos Brand Group has signed a ten-year lease agreement at 853 Broadway, a 21-story office tower in Union Square, Manhattan. The company will occupy 10,268 square feet across the entire second floor and a portion of the ninth floor of the structure, which is located at the corner of Broadway and 14th Street, directly across from Union Square Park.

125 West 57th Street Approaches Final Floors in Midtown, Manhattan

Construction is nearing topping out on 125 West 57th Street, a 26-story commercial building on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Cain International, the 440-foot-tall structure will span 260,000 square feet and yield 185,000 square feet of Class A office space, 7,000 square feet of retail space, and a new home for the Calvary Baptist Church, which has operated on the site since 1883 and sold the property to the developers for $150 million in 2017. Leading Builders Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located on an interior lot between Sixth and Seventh Avenues between Christian de Portzamparc‘s One57 and SHoP Architects‘ 111 West 57th Street.

WSP USA is the engineer and Plaza Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is being constructed on an L-shaped parcel at the corner of East 56th Street and Lexington Avenue, with a narrow extension to East 57th Street.

LPC Reviews Proposal for Renovations to QC NY Spa Buildings on Governors Island

Henry Architects, the project involves the construction of new ADA entryways and poolside lighting fixtures for the property, which is operated by QC NY Spa.
