The buildings will take shape near the northwest corner of the New York Botanical Gardens at 2856 Webster Avenue and 410 Bedford Park Boulevard.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 781 Elsmere Place in East Tremont, The Bronx. Located between Prospect Avenue and Marmion Avenue, the lot is closest to the West Farms Square – East Tremont Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Lulzim Leguci under the 781-783 Elsmere LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Renderings from Studio St Architects reveal a new 19-story tower located at 347 West 34th Street on the eastern edge of Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Described as a “SynaCondo,” the building’s typology will incorporate a portion of the existing West Side Jewish Center with a condominium volume above.
Excavation has yet to begin for 110-112 Liberty Street, a 20-story hotel in the Financial District. Located between Liberty Street and Thames Street directly south of Four World Trade Center, the project is designed by Stonehill Taylor Architects and is being developed by Eddie Hidary of Hidrock Properties, which acquired the site for approximately $38.5 million in 2018.
