Yong Kang Lin, doing business as Corona Manor Realty LLC, has filed applications for two four-story, seven-unit residential buildings at 108-15 – 108-17 37th Avenue, in North Corona, located five blocks from the 111th Street stop on the 7 train. Each structure will measure 5,220 square feet on a 23-foot wide lot, which means units will average 746 square feet apiece and will probably be rentals. The building will measure 6,225 square feet, which means units will average 890 square feet apiece. Flushing-based Chang Hwa Tan is the architect of record, and the existing 1.5-story home was filed for demolition this past July.

The building will measure a total 4,930 square feet, which includes  2,465 square feet of ground-floor retail. Long Island-based Issa Khorasanchi is the applicant of record, and Hector Burgos is the property owner. An existing single-story retail building must first be demolished.
