The Hampshire Companies’ four-story, 104-unit residential complex at 221 Bergen Street, in Harrison, New Jersey — located a few blocks away from the PATH station — is now open for occupancy, according to Real Estate Weekly. CrownPoint Group is also a partner in the project, and the residential units will all be rentals. Ground broke on the project only a year ago. The building’s amenities include a lounge, fitness room, garage and storage areas, and a rooftop terrace.

421-Unit Residential Complex Planned At 105 Corporate Park Drive, Harrison, NY

Normandy Real Estate Partners and Toll Brothers are planning to build a six-story, 421-unit residential complex at 103-105 Corporate Park Drive, in Westchester County’s Harrison. The site is located in “the teardrop” — the swath of land flanked by I-684, the Hutch, the CWE and an interchange, which mostly consists of office parks. Activists are currently rallying for the inclusion of affordable units, reports Westfair Communications.

Five-Story Hotel Planned Near PATH Station In Harrison, New Jersey

Advance Realty is planning to develop a five-story, 150-key AC Hotel (by Marriott) at the southeast corner of Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard South and Guyon Drive, near the PATH station in Harrison, New Jersey. The lot comes vacant, and the building will span 85,000 square feet, including 4,300 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, according to NJ Biz. A completion date has not yet been disclosed.
