The buildings will measure 3,842 square feet each. Across all three, the units should average a family-sized 1,638 square feet apiece. The Staten Island-based firm Design Build Staten Island Inc. appears to be both the developer and architect. The 100-foot-wide, 20,001-square-foot lot was occupied by a two-story house until that structure was demolished in September. The property must undergo subdivision.

The 10,000-square-foot plot was occupied by a two-story house until it was demolished over the summer.

Staten Island-based Pete Rock Inc. has filed applications for three three-story, two-family houses at 114 Sinclair Avenue and 193-197 Sheldon Avenue, in Woodrow, located on the southern end of Staten Island. Each will measure 3,629 square feet, and will be occupied by a single unit on the ground floor and a second unit on the second and third levels. The units will spacious in size and should feature multiple bedrooms. All of the houses will also come with a garage big enough for a single vehicle. Staten Island-based Joseph M. Morace is the architect of record. The block-thru plot of land was subdivided into three separate tax lots in March, although a small house still must be demolished on the Sheldon Avenue side.


155 Crown Avenue

Three Three-Story, Two-Family Houses Coming To 155 Crown Avenue, Woodrow, Staten Island

Staten Island-based Passarelli Construction has filed applications for three three-story, two-family houses at 155-163 Crown Avenue, in Woodrow, located on the southern end of Staten Island’s south shore. Each of them will measure 4,561 square feet and will contain full-floor residential units that average a spacious 1,382 square feet apiece. The ground-floor/basement level won’t contain any residential space, but will have mechanical equipment. Stanley Krebushevski’s Staten Island-based architecture firm is the architect of record. The 138-foot-wide plot of land is currently vacant and will be integrated into the street during the development process.
