Designed by ODA Architecture, the 12-story, mixed-use building will contain 72 residences, ground floor retail, a community facility, and an enclosed parking structure with accommodations for 16 vehicles.

Permits Filed for 98 Front Street, 10-Story Residential Project Coming to Dumbo, Brooklyn

The first permits are up for a ten-story mixed-use building at 98 Front Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks from the York Street Subway Station, serviced by the F trains, and five blocks away from the High Street-Brooklyn Bridge Station, serviced by the A and C trains. This gives it quick access to Manhattan and Downtown Brooklyn. Hope Street Capital will be responsible for development.

Foundations Go In at All Year Management’s Rheingold Brewery Site in Bushwick

Three years ago, developer Read Property Group negotiated a controversial residential rezoning of the former Rheingold Brewery properties in southern Bushwick. After neighbors fought for affordable housing there, Read sold the multi-acre industrial property to Rabsky Group and All Year Management, who didn’t have to honor Read’s promises for low income rentals. Now All Year Management is pushing forward with construction on its two pieces of the site, at 123 Melrose Street and 28 Stanwix Street.
