Updated Renderings Revealed for 112 Cooper Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn

New renderings have been revealed for the rapidly progressing 112 Cooper Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Named Eleven2 Cooper, the 55-foot-tall development is sponsored by Hive Developers, a partnership of Tal Bloch, Aaron Yassin, Andrew Mokotoff, and Andy Bales. The architect of record is Pragnesh Surti. Aaron Yassin of ATMOS Design is the project designer and Tal Bloch is the general contractor. Sales will be handled by the Bethoney / Shen – BeSpoke team at Nestseekers International.

Located between Central Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the interior lot is two blocks from the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. 112 Cooper LLC, a joint venture between Tal Bloch and Aaron Yassin, is listed as the owner behind the applications.
