Designed by GF55 Partners and developed by The Doe Fund and Bolivar Development, the structure yields 150 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 119 units for residents at 30 to 70 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $14,915 to $103,600.

The Doe Fund and Bolivar Development have officially kicked off construction at Tiffany Court Plaza in the Foxhurst section of The Bronx. Located at 980 Westchester Avenue, the mixed-use building will eventually top out at seven stories and will comprise approximately 155,000 square feet.
This May, permits were filed for a new 150,000 square foot mixed-use building at 980 Westchester Avenue. Today, YIMBY has the exclusive reveal for the building to come, with design by GF55 Partners. The project will reactivate an underdeveloped lot in Foxhurst, The Bronx. The site is a block away from the Simpson Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains.
