7 Dey Street Completes Construction in Financial District, Manhattan

Exterior work is complete on 7 Dey Street, a 34-story mixed-use tower in the Financial District. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by SL Green Realty, the 404-foot-tall structure yields 260,000 square feet with 209 rental units ranging from studio to three-bedroom layouts, 26,000 square feet of office space on floors three to five, and 17,000 square feet of flagship retail space spread across the basement, ground, and second floors. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling marketing and sales and INC Architecture & Design is in charge of interior design for the property, which was formerly addressed as 185 Broadway and is located at the corner of Broadway and Dey Street. The development was made possible thanks to un-utilized air rights SL Green purchased from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

Formerly known as 185 Broadway, the 404-foot-tall structure is designed by FXCollaborative and developed by SL Green Realty and will yield 260,000 square feet and 209 rental units ranging from studios to three-bedroom layouts. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling marketing and sales, and INC Architecture & Design is in charge of the interiors, which will come with three floors of amenities. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor for the project, located at the corner of Broadway and Dey Street. The development was made possible thanks to un-utilized air rights SL Green purchased from the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

Housing Lottery Launches for 63 Units at 7 Dey Street in Manhattan’s Financial District

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 7 Dey Street, a 34-story mixed-use building designed by FXCollaborative in the Financial District of Manhattan. The lottery is run in cooperation with SL Green, NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and non-profit Settlement Housing Fund. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 63 units for residents at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $45,566 to $167,570.
