Located on the northeast corner of Northern Boulevard and Steinway Street, the 158,000-square-foot building will eventually contain a mix of rental apartments and ground-floor retail.
A rendering has been revealed of the five-story, 289-key dual-branded hotel at 36-20 Steinway Street, located on the corner of Northern Boulevard in the Dutch Kills section of Long Island City. The project will feature a 102-key Homewood Suites and a 187-key Hampton Inn, DNAinfo reported. Both brands are owned by Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
