Designed by Greenberg Farrow and and developed by CBSK Ironstate, a collaboration of SK Development, CB Developers, and Brooklyn Standard Properties, the structure yields 38,006 square feet and 19 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect is one unit for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $67,132 to $118,400.

Construction is nearing completion on Parker West, a 22-story residential building at 214 West 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by GreenbergFarrow and developed by CBSK Ironstate, a collaboration of SK Development, CB Developers and Brooklyn Standard Properties, the 219-foot-tall structure will yield 18 full-floor homes designed by GRADE in two- to three-bedroom layouts with sales and marketing led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. The project is located between West End Avenue and the confluence of Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.

Permits have been filed for a 21-story mixed-use building at 214 West 72nd Street, on the Upper West Side. The development will sit right on Broadway, the neighborhood’s main artery. The 72nd Street-Broadway Subway Station is just an intersection away, serviced by the 1, 2, and 3 trains. Further down, two avenues to the East is the 72nd Street station on Central Park, serviced by the A, B, and C trains. Manhattan-based SK Development will be responsible for the project.
