North Williamsburg’s industrial zone has become a forest of high-end hotels, from the Wythe Hotel, a converted, turn-of-the-century factory, to the futuristic William Vale, which opened in September. Now YIMBY has a rendering of a hotel headed to 105 North 13th Street, between Wythe and Berry Streets near McCarren Park.
It’s been two years since YIMBY revealed a rendering for the 10-story rental building in the works at 1535 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights. Tectonic brings us an update on the project, which is finally under construction on the northeastern corner of Bedford Avenue and Eastern Parkway.
One of the last lots to be spoken for near Queensboro Plaza is becoming a nine-story residential building. The project would replace a small two-story brick office building at 41-14 27th Street, between 41st Avenue and the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge.
