New pre-filings have been submitted for 30 Kent Street/13 Greenpoint Avenue in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. YIMBY previously reported on the status of the project which, until recently, was known as 26 Kent Street, and will rise on the booming Brooklyn waterfront. The project has been underway since 2016, and is now seemingly closer than ever to becoming a reality.
New permits have been filed for a mixed-use building at 894 Fountain Street, in East New York, Brooklyn. The extant multi-building complex is owned by the State of New York and was previously the home of the Brooklyn Developmental Center.
