Four blocks away is the Broadway Subway Station, serviced by the G train, which is one quick stop from the Metropolitan Avenue Subway Station, where one can transfer to the L train. BQBP Inc will be responsible for the development.

Permits have been filed for a five-story private school at 1711 Coney Island Avenue, in Midwood, Brooklyn. The site is six blocks away from the Avenue M Subway Station, serviced by the Q trains. Joe Moinian will be at the helm for the project, according to The Real Deal. The developer was last in the news late November for intending to secure a $3 billion debt-and-equity package for his project at 3 Hudson Boulevard.

Permits have been filed for two five-story residential buildings at 88-30 and 88-34 54^th Avenue in Elmhurst, Queens. The sites sits four blocks away from the Grand Avenue-Newton Subway Station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. The 440,000 square foot Queens Place Mall is also only two blocks away, designed by SOM Architects, and completed in 1965. Xiu Qin Shi will develop 88-30, and Bi Jin Huang will be responsible for the development of 88-34.

The project is located right next to Harlem River Drive, the northern extension of FDR drive.

Katz’s new neighbor is rising quickly. Construction at 196 Orchard Street, next to the delicatessen on the Lower East Side, is moving along, though pushing past its original estimated completion date of late 2017. The 11-story structure has topped out, and façade installation has reached the sixth floor.

The development will sit at the crossroads between Chelsea, the West Village, and Union Square. Stops from just about every Subway line are nearby, and Gemini Rosemont will be responsible for development.
