Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 191 Greenpoint Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Manhattan Avenue and McGuinness Boulevard, the lot is near the Greenpoint Avenue subway station, served by the G train. David Avgi of AD Avgi LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 7,478 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have five residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,495 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, penthouse, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Stephen Conte of StudioSC Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the single-story commercial structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
