Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 30 Newell Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Located between Nassau Avenue and Driggs Avenue, the lot is closest to the Nassau Avenue subway station, served by the G train. Leslie Xia is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 4,966 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have four residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,241 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
Robert Bianchini of ARC Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
