Parc Beaufort, a Landmark on Billionaires’ Row, Launches Sales

Original double-height bay windows define the loft residences at Parc Beaufort, flooding living spaces with the coveted northern light that first drew artists to this address.

Parc Beaufort has officially emerged as one of Midtown Manhattan’s most distinctive residential offerings, transforming a landmarked 1908 artist studio building at 140 West 57th Street into a boutique collection of 47 condominiums along Billionaires’ Row. The 14-story residential conversion is designed by MdeAS Architects and developed by the Feil Organization, along with Lloyd Goldman of BLDG Management and the Nakash Family. Residences range from intimate studios to expansive three-bedrooms, with prices starting at $1.175 million.

Originally designed by Pollard & Steinam as artist studios, the historic structure between Sixth and Seventh Avenues was celebrated for its double-height bay windows and soaring interiors that maximized natural light for painters and sculptors. Today, those defining architectural elements have been carefully preserved and integrated into a collection of residences and penthouses that blend prewar grandeur with contemporary design. Select homes feature nearly 20-foot ceilings, oversized bay windows, and restored historic details that pay homage to the building’s creative heritage. The restored limestone-and-brick façade retains the building’s signature bay-window composition while celebrating the craftsmanship of early twentieth-century New York architecture, resulting in homes that bridges two eras—the artistic spirit and architectural character of its past and comforts and amenities expected in modern condominiums.

Residences feature custom kitchens by Stephen Sills Associates, with slatted cerused white oak cabinetry and Emperador marble countertops and backsplashes. Primary bathrooms have bespoke rift-sawn pickled white oak vanities with quartz countertops and Kohler sinks, as well as honed Alabastrino travertine floors and shower walls. Adding to the atmosphere are radiant mosaic glass tiles, sculptural Gessi warm-bronze fixtures, and sleek frameless shower glass enclosures.

Located on one of Manhattan’s most coveted residential corridors, Parc Beaufort is situated near Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Fifth Avenue shopping, and many of the city’s most renowned cultural institutions.

Amenities include a 24/7 attended lobby and doorman.

The amenities package for Parc Beaufort includes a 1,600-square‑foot, landscaped rooftop terrace overlooking Midtown, a fitness center with an infrared sauna, a residents’ lounge, and a 24/7 attended lobby and doorman.

Parc Beaufort blends historic architectural character with modern luxury living in one of Manhattan’s most iconic cultural corridors.

As demand continues to grow for homes that offer both authenticity and exclusivity, Parc Beaufort represents a rare opportunity to own within a landmark conversion that combines historic provenance, contemporary comforts, and an unrivaled location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

  1. gorgeous restoration

so much of pre-war west 57th has been lost.

Looking at you Calvary Church which could have restored their beauty.

and so many others.. really sad.

A survey for individual landmarks should have been done before they sold for FAR.

but its midtown, nobody cares… even an arguably perfect retail blvd like west 57th was (minus 9 W)
