105-18 Northern Boulevard in Corona, Queens via NYC Housing Connect

The affordable housing lottery has launched for 105-18 Northern Boulevard, a five-story residential building in Corona, Queens. Designed by Tan Chang Hwa Architect and developed by 105-18 Northern Realty LLC, the structure yields eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $71,280 to $238,160.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies and elevator. Residences are equipped with intercoms, air conditioning, smart controls for heating and cooling, energy-efficient appliances, and patios or balconies. Tenants are responsible for electricity and gas for hot water and stove.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,850 for incomes ranging from $71,280 to $198,510; one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,900 for incomes ranging from $72,995 to $198,510; and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,700 for incomes ranging from $103,029 to $238,160.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 28, 2026.
