Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 97 North 9th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue, the lot is near the Bedford Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Chiem Sachs of Firerush LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 54-foot-tall development will yield 6,665 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have four residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,666 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 37-foot-long rear yard.
Ivan Shcherbakov is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is now vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
