Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 2124 Avenue P in Midwood, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of East 22nd Street and Avenue P, the corner lot is near the Kings Highway subway station, served by the B and Q trains. Oleg Krasnitskiy is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 115-foot-tall development will yield 37,651 square feet, with 33,705 square feet designated for residential space and 3,946 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 59 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 571 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and one enclosed parking space.
