Located between Albemarle Road and Tilden Avenue, the lot is near the Beverly Road subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Carmen Yu of Maxon MCL LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 8,175 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 681 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a basement and a 46-foot-long rear yard.
Chi Wai Chung of Prime Zone Building Consulting is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
