Designed by Issac & Stern Architects and developed by EMP Capital Group, the structure yields 257 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 65 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $38,538 to $227,500.

Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heat, and hot water.

At 60 percent of the AMI, there are four studios with a monthly rent of $1,542 for incomes ranging from $58,423 to $77,760.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,400 for incomes ranging from $87,840 to $168,480; seven one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,790 for incomes ranging from $102,515 to $189,540; and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,250 for incomes ranging from $121,440 to $227,500.
