Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 133-15 41st Road in Flushing, Queens. Located between College Point Boulevard and Main Street, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, served by the 7 train. Zuning Lin is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 52-foot-tall development will yield 13,643 square feet designated for residential space and an unknown square footage for community facility space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 974 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 20-foot-long rear yard.
Alan Yang Architecture DPC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in January for the residential structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
