Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 331 Maple Street in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Nostrand Avenue and New York Avenue, the lot is near the Sterling Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Charles Wurzberger of Candor Capital One LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 118-foot-tall development will yield 97,877 square feet, with 73,459 square feet designated for residential space and 24,418 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 99 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 742 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 25 open parking spaces.

JFA Architects & Engineers DPC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
