Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 2302 Andrew Avenues in University Heights, The Bronx. Located between West Fordham Road and West 183rd Street, the lot is near the 183rd Street subway station, served by the 4 train. Zev Lef is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 98,569 designated for residential space. The building will have 145 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 679 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 25 enclosed parking spaces.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
