Located between West Fordham Road and West 183rd Street, the lot is near the 183rd Street subway station, served by the 4 train. Zev Lef is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 98,569 designated for residential space. The building will have 145 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 679 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have 25 enclosed parking spaces.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last month for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
