A rendering has been revealed for 510 North Broadway, a proposed three-story residential building in White Plains, New York. Designed by Envirospace Architecture and developed by Eric Abraham and Charles Raspler of Comstock Residential Contracting, the structure will yield 12 condominium units. The project is also slated to include a communal roof terrace, a 12-vehicle parking garage, and 25 surface-level parking spaces in the rear. The 0.48-ace property is located at the corner of North Broadway and Brookdale Avenue.
The rendering depicts a fairly straightforward rectangular massing clad primarily in light gray brick surrounding a grid of large rectangular windows. The ground floor will feature a darker brick envelope, and the exterior above the main entrance appears to be enclosed in reflective metal paneling. The structure culminates in a flat roof with a large bulkhead along its eastern edge. New trees and landscaping are shown surrounding the property.
The property is currently occupied by a vacant former home that was converted into an office.
Units will all come in three-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts and will average between 1,600 to 1,700 square feet. Each floor will house four units.
Sustainability components for the project will include a rooftop solar array and a stormwater system to mitigate flooding.
The site is located within walking distance of the North White Plains train station to the west. Access to I-287 is less than two minutes by car to the south, and a bus stop is located directly in front of the property.
A construction timeline for 510 North Broadway has yet to be announced.
