Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 73 Dikeman Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. Located between Richards Street and Van Brunt Street, the lot is closest to the Smith–9th Streets subway station, served by the F and G trains. Zhi Xiang Lin is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 7,499 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 833 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 25-foot-long rear yard.

Ivan Shcherbakov is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
