Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 581 Van Nest Avenue in Van Nest, The Bronx. Located between Garfield Street and Taylor Avenue, the lot is near the East 180th Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. John N. Backos of GRID Drafting and Consulting LLC is listed as the architect of record.
