Designed by Rise Architecture and developed by Yisroel Eckstein under the Gold Chip Ventures LLC, the structure yields 21 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $131,760 to $227,500.

Residents will have access to an elevator, bike storage lockers, gym, and a rooftop terrace. Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove, hot water, and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,595 for incomes ranging from $131,760 to $189,540, and six two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,244 for incomes ranging from $158,846 to $227,500.
