This is a perfect example where a large single story building and surface parking lot at a NYCHA complex can be redeveloped for much more housing. So many other locations can have this happen.

  3. Nycha has the dingle most valuable residential real estate portfolio in the world. If it was managed right, a lot of low rent and narket rent housing could be built at no public expense. Wake up, guys and gals. New York City lland has hit record prices. Seize the moment.

  4. An updated glass wrapped Pruitt–Igoe.

  5. Is this building all low income and affordable, or are there market rate apartments?

  6. Beautiful buildings, affordable, with security. Lovely indeed!
