Available on NYC Housing Connect are 147 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $104,949 to $227,500.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, dog washing station, covered parking with assigned parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, gym, media room, recreation room, outdoor terraces, sundeck, barbecue grills and prep kitchen, coworking space, package lockers, doorman, and on-site resident manager. Units are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, smart controls for heating and cooling, patios or balconies, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 20 studios with a monthly rent ranging from $2,950 to $3,450 for incomes ranging from $104,949 to $168,480; 66 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent ranging from $3,400 to $3,821 for incomes ranging from $120,926 to $189,540; and 61 two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,568 for incomes ranging from $162,446 to $227,500.

This is a perfect example where a large single story building and surface parking lot at a NYCHA complex can be redeveloped for much more housing. So many other locations can have this happen.

Exactly. It just sucks NYCHA was omitted from campus infill in City of Yes. Also, City of yes has some pretty significant height restrictions on campus infill for absolutely no reason.
Nycha has the dingle most valuable residential real estate portfolio in the world. If it was managed right, a lot of low rent and narket rent housing could be built at no public expense. Wake up, guys and gals. New York City lland has hit record prices. Seize the moment.
