Located between East 228th Street and East 229th Street, the lot is four blocks north of the 225th Street subway station, served by the 2 and 5 trains. Domenico Mirabile of ADM Mgmt Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 60-foot-tall development will yield 32,775 square feet, with 28,175 square feet designated for residential space, 4,310 square feet for commercial space, and 289 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 25 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,127 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and 13 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
