Developed by Bruklyn Builders Inc. with interiors designed by Input Creative Studio, the structure yields 63 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 19 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $125,520 to $189,540.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities including gym, media room, recreation room, business center, storage, rooftop terrace, sundeck, BBQ grills and prep kitchen, co-working space, a shared laundry room, package lockers, and virtual doorman. Units include name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, air conditioning, patio or balcony, intercoms, and hardwood floors. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are 19 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,661 for incomes ranging from $125,520 to $189,540.

    New Year Connect is supposedly Affordable Housing for who ?
    Not for the majority who
    Want to live in a really
    Nice development with all the amenities
    So I wonder if it’s development this way on purpose
    The folks in charge know that these apartments are not affordable n they want it this way
    None of politicians are doing anything about it
