The affordable housing lottery has launched for 2104 Ryer Avenue, an eight-story residential building with 55 residences in Tremont, The Bronx. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 17 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $90,103 to $227,500.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, covered parking, a shared laundry rom, and elevator. Residences are equipped with air conditioning, energy-efficient appliances, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove, heating, and hot water.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are four studios with a monthly rent of $2,421 for incomes ranging from $90,103 to $168,480; four one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,461 for incomes ranging from $93,772 to $189,540; and nine two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,716 for incomes ranging from $107,623 to $227,500.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 22, 2025.
