Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 1102 Banner Avenue in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Located between East 11th Street and East 12th Street, the lot is closest to the Brighton Beach subway station, served by the B and Q trains. Jack Saadia of Saadia Residence LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 7,166 square feet, with 4,927 square feet designated for residential space and 2,238 square feet of community facility space for a clinic on the first two floors. The building will have six residences, most likely rental based on the average unit scope of 821 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar.
Benjamin Lam of Lam & Lam Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
