Located between 31st Road and 31st Avenue, the lot is near the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N train. Weitao Shi of Central Realty LIC LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 98-foot-tall development will yield 35,469 square feet, with 35,415 square feet designated for residential space and 54 square feet for commercial space.
