Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 194 Bainbridge Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Malcolm X Boulevard and Stuyvesant Avenue, the lot is two blocks from the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Michael Reihanian of Tower Real Estate Investments is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 31,195 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 42 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 742 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 21 open parking spaces, 13 enclosed parking spaces, and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Z Architecture is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
