The affordable housing lottery has launched for 351 East 10th Street, an eight-story residential building in the East Village of Manhattan. Designed by Goshow Architects and developed by Center Development Corporation, the structure yields 28 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 11 units for residents at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $55,955 to $198,250.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, package lockers, elevator, green space, and a virtual doorman. Residences come with dishwashers, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including heat.

At 70 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $1,632 for incomes ranging from $55,955 to $79,100, and one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $1,741 for incomes ranging from $59,692 to $88,970.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,900 for incomes ranging from $99,429 to $165,230, and three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,500 for incomes ranging from $120,000 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than March 29, 2024.
