Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 316 Rutledge Street in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Harrison Avenue, the lot is one block from the Broadway subway station, serviced by the G train. Abe Brach is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 110-foot-tall development will yield 42,225 square feet, with 25,113 square feet designated for community facility space and 17,112 square feet for commercial space. The community facility section of the building will be used for philanthropic offices. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, basement, and 47 enclosed parking spaces.

Amr Ouda of Jay Architect & Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
