Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 211 Nostrand Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Located between Pulaski Street and Dekalb Avenue, the lot is near the Bedford-Nostrand Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Issac Lebo of Nostrand Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 26,933 square feet, with 19,174 square feet designated for residential space and 7,758 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 20 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 958 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 35-foot-long rear yard, and 12 enclosed parking spaces.

Peter Foster of 360 Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. this is the outdoor yard of Sugarhill Supperclub. We had such a wonderful outdoor music show here in 2021 when Covid was on its first downhill trend. I hope these are made into affordable housing for the community.
