Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 132-15 Pople Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between Saull Street and College Point Boulevard, the lot is near the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Feng Jin Wang of East West Mansion LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 34,960 square feet, with 26,269 square feet designated for residential space and 8,691 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 39 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 673 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yqrd, and 20 enclosed parking spaces.

Ameriland Brook is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in September 2023. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
