Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 82 Stagg Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Lorimer Street and Leonard Street, the lot is wihin walking distance of Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. Hershy Silberstein of Blue Shine Builders Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,295 square feet designated for residential space and 882 square feet for commercial space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 17-foot-long side yard.

Diego Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in early October for the property on the east end of the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
