The proposed 70-foot-tall development will yield 97,414 square feet, with 89,917 square feet designated for residential space and 7,497 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 88 residences with an average unit scope of 1,021 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, 69 enclosed parking spaces, and 69 open parking spaces.
