Bank Consulting Engineering, the structure yields 16 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $83,349 to $198,250.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, garage with assigned parking spaces, a shared laundry room, virtual doorman, and an outdoor terrace. Units come with dishwashers, name-brand countertops and finishes, energy-efficient appliances, air conditioning, hardwood floors, smart controls for heating and cooling, and patios or balconies. Tenants are responsible for electricity.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $2,431 for incomes ranging from $83,349 to $146,900; three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,592 for incomes ranging from $88,869 to $165,230; and one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,090 for incomes ranging from $105,943 to $198,250.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 8, 2024.
