Designed by Zambrano Architectural Design and developed by Alex Guzman under the 493 Myrtle Avenue Realty Group, the structure yields 21 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 80 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $57,703 to $165,230.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, elevator, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, party room, recreation room, rooftop terrace, storage, package lockers, recycling center, and virtual doorman. Residences come with dishwashers, smart controls for heating and cooling, patios or balconies, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there is one studio with a monthly rent of $1,564 for incomes ranging from $57,703 to $90,400, and three one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $1,656 for incomes ranging from $61,543 to $101,680.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $2,181 for incomes ranging from $74,778 to $146,900, and one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,350 for incomes ranging from $80,572 to $165,230.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 18, 2023.
