G2D Group has revealed the first renderings of a five-story rental property at 205 Osborn Avenue in Riverhead, Long Island. Branded as Station One, the property will comprise around 36,000 square feet and yield 39 rental apartments.
The site was formerly occupied by a low-rise medical building that has since been demolished. When complete, the new building will feature a light gray façade with black accents and warehouse-style windows. Each apartment will come with a washer and dryer, key fob door locks, and spacious kitchens. The collection of amenities will include a roof lounge, a fitness center, and a coworking suite.
G2G Group acquired the development site in 2022 for around $2.55 million and expects to complete the building in 2024.
