Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 2765 Homecrest Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. Located on a triangular site bordered by East 12th Street, Guider Avenue, and Homecrest Avenue, the lot is near the Sheepshead Bay subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Leon Nektalov under the 2761 Homecrest LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 55-foot-tall development will yield 18,609 square feet, with 12,798 square feet designated for residential space and 5,811 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 19 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 673 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 19 enclosed parking spaces.

Aleksandr Yaker of Yaker Engineering is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
